Kodak Playsport Zx5 Review

This is a review on the Kodak Playsport Zx5 The Kodak Playsport is water-proof, shock-proof, dust-proof and shoots 1080p 30fps, 720p 60fps, 720p 30fps, WVGA 480p. It also has electronic image stabilization, and takes 5mp still shots (3072 x 1728). It has on-screen camera editing and comes with an editing program for your Mac or PC. It has normal and macro focus modes. You can choose between NTSC and PAL video output modes. There is a one touch upload button that lets you upload your photos and videos to most popular websites like- Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr, and email. It has USB, Sd card and HDMI inputs. The camera records in a .mp4 format and takes pictures in a .jpg format. In this video there is the review, a slow motion test, a macro quality test (1080p) and a low light condition test. I am very impressed with this camcorder and I highly recommend it. Kodak Zi8 Audio rig and short review

I’ve had the Kodak Zi8 for a few months now, and I’ve found its very handy when you want to place a small camera in a dangerous situation. I often use the Zi8 when I want to through something off of a building or need a first persons perspective of a baseball bat hitting a head. The Kodak Zi8 provides good enough HD video quality for these types of situations. I audio input and volume control is a great plus, and this camera could also make a great little vlog device. One thing to remember is that you can always sink audio to these smaller hd devices. So if you wanted to combine this with something like the zoom H1 you can probably get some very usable results.

In the box, there was the camera, a wrist strap, USB cable, a USB to Electric outlet to charge the camera and some manuals. If you register the camera on the Kodak website then you will get a free HDMI cable. I also ordered a 16GB class 10 SD card for my camera.
